3. (1) 51 1/8" x 38 1/8". One piece of silk with 11 3/4" slit neck, 9 1/2" slit at shoulders. Green beads at neck and slits. yellow with green floral pinrt. Green embroidered star at front sides. Aqua chiffon lining. 2 gold silk ties. (2) Blue silk w/ 16" flowers at bottom, crescent moon at top. Blue beads at neck, blue and white beads at bottom edge. Aqua chiffo nlining with white flowers in corners. (3) 11.1" x43" pink chiffon with blue leaves, red flowers. Pink beads on corners. (4) 90 3/4" x 37 5/8" blue silk with hills forest scene. 3 1/4" blue silk cord fringe on each end. (5) 108" 3/4 x 37" white chiffon with yellow and brown tones. 3 1/2" brown band on edges. Dark green trees and hills. 5 stiff tassels. (6) 41" x 41 1/2" purple silk, off-white reindeer in center, purple mountain in background purple pine trees, pink and purple yarn tassels on corners with celluloid ring and 7/8" diameter. gold foreign coin. Rings are green, pink and blue. (7) 101 1/2" x 39 1/4" pink chiffon, folded and sews so there is a 6 1/4" and 14 1/2" holes on ends. 4 silver tassels on designs of white swirls, birds and hearts. (#3 has 1 1/4" tear on end- #5 has poem on ends. "Now , as the nesting woodbird's croon purls thro the trees, the dayjoys cease. The silver sickle of the moon reaps the soft dusk perfumed with peace." - Sarong

6. Anita Meyland Estate Sale Materials - Fonds

   Anita Meyland owned an art gallery called Atelier 1, the contents of which were sold in an estate sale. This series documents the gallery and the sale, and the materials were collected by Anita's friend and fellow arts supporter Helmi Osterberg. Osterberg also collected materials about Golda Meir at the estate sale. Meyland and Meir attended school together at the Marquette Senior High School. Meir went on to become Prime Minister of Israel.
